Is /forget really permanent? Can I get my memories back?
Yes. /forget permanently deletes every memory and its search index from Clatter Labs' active systems. There's no undo, and support can't restore them.
Like all deleted data, copies may remain in encrypted backups until they're overwritten on a rolling cycle of up to 90 days; during that time they're protected and not used.
If you want a copy first, ask "list everything you remember about me" and save the answer, or download your account data export before deleting.
