Cosmos didn't remember something I told it

TroubleshootingUpdated

Cosmos saves lasting facts about you, but it decides what's worth keeping, and it recalls only memories relevant to your current message.

  1. Say it explicitly: "Remember that my sister's name is Mona."
  2. Check /memory to see it's saved.
  3. When asking, give a hint: "What's my sister's name?"

If something you said in an older conversation isn't in /memory, it was only in the chat history, which Cosmos sees only for recent messages.
