Do I need Telegram Premium to use Cosmos?
No. Cosmos works the same with a free Telegram account. Telegram Premium doesn't change what the bot can do, its limits or its speed.
What does matter is your Clatter Labs plan (shared with Line CLI and Cosmos Agent) and the bot's own daily limit of 5,000,000 tokens per account. Telegram's 20 MB limit for files bots can download applies either way.
