What if I write to SuperCosmos in all caps or sound angry?

That's fine. Writing in capitals, sounding stressed or complaining that something doesn't work isn't against any rule. The Abuse policy counts only insults or curses aimed at the assistant. SuperCosmos will answer the question the same way.
