How do I control how long SuperCosmos's answers are?

• Say it: "in one sentence", "3 bullets", "a detailed step-by-step tutorial".
• Give an example of the length you want.
• Model API: max_tokens caps output (reasoning included on Max and Heavy).
• Tier: Heavy writes the longest answers; Flash the shortest.
