My app used Line Code. What should I tell my users?
- Switch the id first (
line-code-fast→supercosmos-flash, etc.) so nothing is broken. - Tell users that the underlying model is now SuperCosmos 1.1 because Line Code was retired on Nov 1, 2026.
- Mention what's better: a 1M-token window (up from 256K) and honesty-first behaviour.
- Mention cost changes if you pass costs through: SuperCosmos's per-token prices are higher than Line Code's.
- Re-test your key prompts, since answers will differ.
Good to know#
- Clatter Labs publishes its measurements of honesty, coding, efficiency and purity. Benchmark 2 results
- SuperCosmos reads text only; it doesn't take image input. What it can't do
- Every tier shares the same 1M-token context window (1,048,576 tokens). Context window
