Why does SuperCosmos run tests before saying it's done?
Part of SuperCosmos's tuning is verify before reporting: in Line CLI and the Agent API it runs your project's checks (tests, builds) where it can, rather than claiming success it didn't see. It's slower than declaring victory, but you get fewer "done!" messages for work that doesn't actually run.
