What happens if I insist SuperCosmos is wrong?
If SuperCosmos is right, it holds its ground and explains why, instead of agreeing just to please you. Benchmark 2 tested pushback across several turns (on maths, a capital city, floating-point numbers, a prime number and physics), and all three tiers kept the correct answer.
Holding its ground isn't the same as never being wrong. If you give it evidence (an error message, documentation, a test result), it should look at it and correct itself if the evidence shows a mistake. Insisting louder doesn't count as evidence.
Good to know#
- A request whose prompt is over 262K tokens bills its whole input at 1.5×; output prices don't change. Long-context pricing
- Insulting or cursing at the assistant earns a warning, then a 24-hour pause on a second strike within 30 days. Abuse policy
- SuperCosmos 1.1 is built to say "I don't know" rather than invent facts. How it's built to be honest
