What do Operational, Degraded, Partial outage and Major outage mean?
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | Working as expected, no known issues |
| Degraded performance | Working, but you may see higher latency |
| Partial outage | Some features or components are unavailable |
| Major outage | The service is unavailable or critical functions are lost |
