What are Clatter Labs' liability limits?

Subject to exceptions the law requires (such as fraud, gross negligence or personal injury), the Terms (Section 31) limit Clatter Labs' total liability to the greater of what you paid in the 12 months before the event, or USD 100. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded, and claims must be brought within one year. Consumers keep mandatory protections. The services are provided "as is" where the law allows.
