How does Clatter Labs protect my data?

Clatter Labs uses technical and organisational measures including (Privacy Policy, Section 26):

• TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest in databases and storage;
• additional application-level encryption for secrets, API keys and connector tokens;
• salted hashes for passwords;
• recent re-authentication and two-factor support for sensitive actions such as exports and deletion;
• need-to-know access for staff, with admin access limited to named accounts;
• firewalls, rate limiting, bot challenges and geographic rules;
• monitoring and records of significant admin and security actions.

No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
