Does SuperCosmos run my tools by itself?

No. On the Model API, SuperCosmos only asks for a tool call (tool_calls). Your code runs the function, or refuses, and sends back the result. Nothing touches your systems unless your code does it. (The Agent API is different: Cosmos Agent runs its own tools on a cloud computer.)
