What should my app do if the model stays overloaded?

1. Retry model_overloaded / model_unavailable with exponential backoff, honouring Retry-After.
2. Cap retries (a few attempts), then fail gracefully: "We're busy, please try again in a minute."
3. Queue non-urgent work for later instead of failing it.
4. Check status.clatterlabs.com; subscribe to alerts.
5. Don't hammer: tight retry loops make congestion worse for everyone, including you.
