Line CLI has trouble with a Windows folder that has spaces
Paths with spaces need quotes in PowerShell commands: cd "C:\Users\Me\My Projects\app".
If you chose a custom install folder with spaces and something misbehaves, reinstall into a simple path:
$env:LINE_INSTALL_DIR = 'C:\tools\line'; irm https://install.clatterlabs.xyz/line.ps1 | iex
The default install folder, %USERPROFILE%\.line\bin, is the recommended location; if a path with spaces in your user name causes trouble with a tool, a simple folder like C:\tools\line avoids it. Remove the old folder from your user PATH afterwards.
