How does Line CLI store my sign-in on my computer?
Line saves its sign-in in ~/.config/line/auth.json.
How it's protected#
- On macOS and Linux, Line makes the config folder and its files private to your user (other users on the machine can't read them).
- Commands Line runs, plugins and hooks don't get Line's own sign-in token in their environment.
line logoutrevokes the token and deletes the file.
Keep it safe#
- Don't share or commit
~/.config/line(it holds your sign-in and sessions). - If you think someone copied it, run
line logout(or sign out of all sessions from your account's security settings), then sign in again.
