Can I use Line CLI without a Clatter Labs account?
No. Line signs in with your Clatter Labs account so it can use SuperCosmos and count usage toward your plan. Without signing in, Line says "not signed in — run line login".
The account is free and comes with the Free plan, which includes Line CLI. Create one during line login.
