Do views of my public links cost tokens?
Yes. Traffic to your public links (both hosts) is counted for your account at the same rate as API downloads: 1 token per request + 1 per MiB sent.
You'll see it in GET /v1/usage under storage.public_files (requests, bytes, tokens for the month). Changing a file's visibility is a normal request: 1 token.
Popular public files can use your monthly 1,000,000 tokens faster than you expect, so keep an eye on usage.
