Are my files private by default?
Yes. Every bucket starts private, and every file starts on inherit (follow the bucket). A private file can only be read with an API key and your Account ID, or in the Console when you're signed in.
Private files are never served on the public hosts: their links answer 404, the same as a link that doesn't exist.
