I get 400 bad_ref or bad_path. What's wrong?

• bad_ref: ref must be exactly 40 hex characters. Copy it from bucket.code.ref, an event's data.ref or a backup's code_ref.
• bad_path: path must be a file path in the tree, like src/index.ts. URL-encode each segment (spaces, #, ? and non-ASCII characters).

A valid path that doesn't exist answers 404 not_found.
