What records should I give my accountant?

1. Gumroad receipts — the official record of each payment and its tax.
2. Billing › History — subscriptions and credit history.
3. Usage — GET /v1/account for 30-day totals by product, if you need usage evidence.

Credits are prepaid, so payments match receipts, not daily usage.

Good to know#

• Corrections appear as Adjustment rows; nothing is deleted.
• New accounts get $5 of free credit once for the Model API and Agent API.
• Questions about a charge or usage figure should be raised within 60 days.
