When am I billed for cloud browser time?
The cloud browser is billed at $0.005 per minute while Cosmos uses it for navigation, clicks and typing.
Runs that don't open the browser don't pay browser time. If you don't need a visual check, say so: "No need to open a browser; run the unit tests instead."
GET /v1/account shows browser_ms for the last 30 days.
