Why did I get an email about a new sign-in?
Clatter Labs sends a new-device sign-in alert when your account is signed in from a device we haven't seen before. It may include the approximate location, IP address, browser and device (Privacy Policy, Section 9).
- It was you? No action needed.
- It wasn't you? Act now: see I got a new sign-in alert, and it wasn't me.
Approximate location comes from the IP address, so it can be off by a city or more, especially on mobile networks or VPNs.
