Can Cosmos on Telegram run code or programs?
No. Cosmos on Telegram's tools are web search and reading, files in your Code Buckets, images, website screenshots and recordings, reminders, memory, time, weather and Clatter Labs info. It doesn't execute code or run programs.
It can still write code for you and explain how to run it. To have an agent run commands on your machine with your approval, use Line CLI.
