Cosmos's answer was cut off by a connection problem
Cosmos retries once when a connection drops mid-answer. If it's cut again, the answer ends with: "(This answer was cut off by a connection problem. Say "continue" and I'll pick up from here.)"
Reply "continue". Nothing half-finished is treated as done: tool actions from a cut answer don't run.
