What if I hit my plan limit in the middle of a Line CLI task?

New app requests answer HTTP 429 (window_limit_reached, weekly_limit_reached or monthly_limit_reached) with resets_at, and Line CLI shows the message with the reset time. The work already done stays in your files. You can wait for the reset, change plan in Console › Billing, and then continue the task. /usage shows how close you are before you start something big.
