What if I ask SuperCosmos to make up a statistic for my essay?

It's built not to invent facts, so it won't hand you a made-up number as if it were real; "made-up statistic" was an honesty case in Benchmark 2 and all three tiers passed. It can:

• explain what kind of data you'd need and where to look,
• help you write around a figure you've found yourself,
• give a clearly labelled hypothetical example, if that's what your essay needs.

Good to know#

• SuperCosmos 1.1 is built to say "I don't know" rather than invent facts. How it's built to be honest
• Every tier shares the same 1M-token context window (1,048,576 tokens). Context window
• A request whose prompt is over 262K tokens bills its whole input at 1.5×; output prices don't change. Long-context pricing
