Each session is a JSON file in: ~/.config/line/sessions/ .json It holds the folder it belongs to, its title, timestamps, model and the conversation. On macOS and Linux the folder is private to your user. Line doesn't upload your sessions anywhere as part of saving them. To delete one, delete its file; to delete all, delete the sessions folder while Line isn't running.
