What can team members see about the team?

• Members see the team's name and plan, the Team ID, their role, their own access and limits, and their own usage.
• Owners see every member, their access and limits, this month's usage per person, invites and the Activity list, plus everyone's requests in Logs and Usage.

The Terms advise that organisation admins can view and manage organisation content and usage, so members shouldn't keep private work in the team workspace.

Good to know#

• Invites expire after 7 days; Resend refreshes them.
• A person can be on one team at a time.
• Access and limit changes apply right away.
