How do I resend or cancel a team invite?
On the Team page, under Invites:
- Resend — sends the invite again and refreshes its 7-day expiry ("Invite sent again").
- Revoke — withdraws a pending invite ("Invite withdrawn"). It can't be accepted any more.
The table shows each invite's Email, Access, Status (pending, accepted, declined, expired) and Expires date.
Good to know#
- Invites expire after 7 days; Resend refreshes them.
- A person can be on one team at a time.
- Access and limit changes apply right away.
