How do I share a release zip for people to download?

Upload the zip with "kind": "asset" (so it isn't unpacked into your code tree) and "visibility": "public".
Copy public_url, like https://files.cdn-buckets.clatterlabs.xyz/cbo_.../myapp-1.2.zip.
Add ?download=1 so browsers download it.

Large downloads support Range requests, so they can resume. Each download counts tokens: 1 per request plus 1 per MiB.
