Can other websites load my public files with JavaScript?
Yes. Both public hosts allow CORS from any website (Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *), so pages anywhere can fetch() your public files, load fonts or images in canvas, and so on.
That's also why you should only make public what you're happy for anyone to use.
