Can I move a bucket to another project?

The API has no endpoint to move a bucket between projects. To move one:

Create a new bucket in the target project.
Download each object from the old bucket and upload it to the new one (zips re-create the code tree).
Check the new bucket, then delete the old one.

Note that IDs change (new cbk_ and cbo_ ids), events and backups stay with the old bucket, and public links get new addresses.
