How do I download a file from a bucket?

• Returns the original bytes, decrypted, with Content-Disposition: attachment and Content-Length.
• Needs buckets:read.
• Works for objects up to 1 GB. Bigger files answer 413 use_chunks; download them chunk by chunk.
• Costs 1 token per request plus 1 per MiB.

In the Console, open the bucket's files and download from there.
