Why is my bucket's used space bigger than my zip?
storage.used_bytes counts every stored zip and asset in the bucket, not just the latest one. Re-uploading a zip adds a new object; the old one still counts until you delete it. Unfinished uploads count separately in pending_bytes.
List objects to find older zips you no longer need, and delete them.
