Is the "Max" plan the same as the SuperCosmos "Max" effort?
They share a name but are different things:

So a Free user can run SuperCosmos Max, and a Max-plan user can still pick Flash.
Good to know#
- Every plan, Free included, has every model and every tool.
- Plans are monthly memberships bought in Billing › Plans.
- Usage multiples are approximate and depend on the models and efforts you use.
