I only use the Model API or Agent API. Do I need a paid plan?
No. A paid plan only adds app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram) and Code Buckets storage. The APIs are pay as you go from credits on every plan. Stay on Free, use your $5 free credit, then buy credits from $1 to $800. Upgrade only if you need more Code Buckets storage or app usage.
Good to know#
- Every plan, Free included, has every model and every tool.
- Plans are monthly memberships bought in Billing › Plans.
- Usage multiples are approximate and depend on the models and efforts you use.
