Which plan suits a small team of developers?

On a Console team, everyone shares the owner's plan, so choose by the team's combined usage:

1. Start with a mid-size plan such as Plus or Pro.
2. Set a daily quota per member so one person can't fill the window for everyone.
3. Watch Billing for a week or two. If the window fills often, move up; if the week fills, move up further.
4. Pay for automated jobs through the APIs from credits, so they don't eat into the plan.

Code Buckets storage is shared too, so count it for the whole team.
