How is an Agent API run on tier "auto" billed?

A run with tier: "auto" (the default) is billed at Flash rates. max and heavy bill at their own rates.

• Logs shows the cost of every metered request.
• Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
