Can Line CLI still hand jobs to Cosmos in the cloud?
No. Line CLI 0.7.0-beta (Oct 30, 2026) removed Cosmos delegation: /delegate, /conversations, /tasks and /link are gone, and Line's sub-agents now run the work locally.
To run Cosmos in the cloud, call the Agent API yourself, for example from a script you run in your terminal.
