My profile picture won't upload

If you see "Upload failed", "Could not read that file" or "Use a PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF image.":

1. Check the format. HEIC photos from some phones aren't accepted; export as JPEG or PNG.
2. Check the size. Keep it under 25MB.
3. Try again on a stable connection.
4. Try another browser if a privacy extension may be blocking uploads.

If it still fails, check status.clatterlabs.com for the Account center component and contact support with the exact error message.
