How fast and efficient is SuperCosmos?

Time runs from sending the request to the last token, measured from the client while several requests ran at once, so it includes some queueing. The launch post adds that Flash starts answering in about a second and streams at around 50 tokens a second.

- Insulting or cursing at the assistant earns a warning, then a 24-hour pause on a second strike within 30 days. Abuse policy
