What do the numbers under a Playground answer mean?

• Tokens — input (your prompt plus the chat so far) and output (the answer, including reasoning).
• Time to first token (TTFT) — how long before text started streaming.
• Latency — total time for the answer.
• Speed — output tokens per second.
• Cost — input tokens × input price + output tokens × output price for that model.

Heavy usually shows more output tokens, because it thinks longer before answering.

Good to know#

• Playground use is billed from your API credits, like the Model API and Agent API.
• View code turns what you tried into Python, JavaScript or cURL.
• Every API request sends your key and your Account ID (X-Clatter-Account: CL-…); a key alone is refused.
