How should a company set up the Console?

A company can run on one owner account with a team. A setup that works well:

1. Pick the owner account#

The team owner's plan, credits and Code Buckets workspace are what everyone uses. Use an account that belongs to the company rather than one person, so access doesn't depend on a single employee.

2. Choose a plan#

Pick the plan that fits how much people use Line CLI and Cosmos Agent. Compare them under Billing › Plans. API usage (Model API, Agent API) is paid from credits on any plan.

3. Invite the team#

In Team › Invite member, invite each person by email. Give each member only the access they need (Everything, Model API & Agent API, Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Code Buckets) and set a daily quota and monthly limit in dollars or tokens.

4. Keys per service#

Create one API key per service or environment (production, staging, CI). Give each only the permissions it needs, a sensible rate limit and an expiry.

5. Watch spend#

Use Logs and Usage (both show usage per member), keep credits topped up, and read the Inbox for low-credit and limit messages.
