When do my monthly Code Buckets tokens reset?
Tokens run on the UTC calendar month: they reset at the start of the 1st of each month (UTC). GET /v1/usage shows the current period.month.
If you use all 1,000,000 before then, requests answer 402 quota_exceeded until the next month. Unused tokens don't carry over.
