What do "≈15× Free usage" and the other multiples mean?
The Plans page compares plans by multiples instead of fixed amounts:
- vs Free — Developer ≈15×, Plus ≈35×, Pro ≈55×, Max ≈125×, Ultra ≈280×.
- vs plan below — Plus ≈2.5× Developer, Pro ≈1.6× Plus, Max ≈2.3× Pro, Ultra ≈2.2× Max.
- vs Developer and per window columns in the Compare plans table compare against Developer.
They're approximate, based on typical use across the models. Your real usage depends on which models and efforts you use and how much context you send.
Good to know#
- Every plan, Free included, has every model and every tool.
- Plans are monthly memberships bought in Billing › Plans.
