What happened to the Starter plan and the old daily limits?

• Before (Oct 29, 2026): Free, Starter ($5), Plus ($20), Pro ($50), Ultra ($200), each with a daily and a weekly limit.
• Since Oct 31, 2026: Free, Developer ($15), Plus ($25), Pro ($50), Max ($100), Ultra ($200), with usage windows and a weekly limit; Free has a monthly allowance. The Ultra API quota and plan_required / model_not_in_plan errors were removed.

If anything about your current plan looks wrong after the change, contact support with your Account ID.

• Every plan, Free included, has every model and every tool.
• Usage multiples are approximate and depend on the models and efforts you use.
• Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
